My crp 121.3 Urine amylase 1106 esr 44 CT features shows inflammatory ileo-caecal mass-- suggestive of TB/ chron's disease FINDINGS: Symmetrical circumpherential gut wall thickening is noted in the ileo-caecal region with luminal narrowing after I/V contrast; mild enhancement of the lesion is noted perilesional fat densification peritoneal thickening and omental adhesion are noted. Based on this report my TB started medicine today 2 month 5 days some improvement than before but not getting full recovery but apart from that I am doing many more tests no TB sample came in konota. Sir plz favor me with advice, sir please, thanks in advance sir. ❤❤

Thank you! I've seen this in my practice. All too often, caused by rx drugs. Elderly people very often are TERRIBLY dehydrated! Not one of the PT's I've seen were evaluated for hydration for hyper or hypotension! Their doctors were just writing scripts for drugs! Too much like throwing darts and seeing what happens. I enjoyed your in-depth description for this condition!

You need to follow the system from the flow control valve to the common gas outlet...it's difficult to explain, but anything nearer to the common gas outlet is down stream and anything near the flow control valve is up stream. With respect to the oxygen and nitrous flow meter, oxygen is down stream, meaning , it is nearer to the gas outlet than the nitrous oxide flow meter ...if you study the diagram of flow meter arrangement, it's easier to understand
